| It has always been our goal to give our clients an honest and accurate view of their cases. There are many instances where accepting an out of court settlement is in the client's best interest. Other times, the insurance company (in our opinion) is not offering fair value for a client's injury. In that situation, we advise the client to allow us to file a lawsuit. This is time consuming, but it affords the accident victim the best possible chance of receiving a fair award. Many lawsuits are settled before trial. Some clients do not want to wait or for some other reason, do not want to get involved in the litigation process. In this situation, we will accept the proposed settlement, because it is what the client wants. We draw a majority of new clients based on "word of mouth" recomendations from satisfied clients that are impressed with how accesible and straightforward we are.
